I sold this Et Septem Fugit the other day, to someone who saw it in my studio and liked it. The flying toster-shaped figures are composit material, the eyes, noses and fins are ceramic, and they are supported above the acrylic-on-masonite background by steel poles. I created one figure on a whim, one thing led to another and eventually it took this form. I think the buyer wanted it for her grandkids' room.
